Destroy The Stage is my 2-hour, high-energy, live performance seminar series and the result of the work I've done 1 on 1 coaching more than 900 artists, sales people, and speakers since 2013.
This event is about breaking down the mental, emotional, and spiritual barriers we face in sales.
The audience at a Destroy The Stage event can expect 50% talking and teaching; and 50% audience participation. I want the audience to leave the event understanding how to take bigger risks to stand out and connect having taken part in exercises that pushed and challenged them to do it.

I got my start as a sales performance coach, oddly, because I spent 10 years on tour across North America in a band sleeping in a van with 5 other guys in the West Edmonton Mall parking lot in Canadian January.
I played 1000 shows, had some hit songs, felt the weight of chasing success and developed methods to deal with the daily performance pressure, nerves, stress, over-thinking, and obsessive judgment so I could perform at my best on stage.
Then, I started teaching the methods to other performers in music, in sales, in public speaking, and in business and it made a dramatic difference in how they felt when performing and how they connected with their clients and audiences.
What I show people is how to root into the moment, get out of overthinking and overwhelm, and summon creativity and inspiration on command so you can risk more to stand out and connect.
It's the work I've done with almost 1000 Artists, sales people, speakers, and high-performers over the last decade in private workshops, on stages, and as performance coach for two of Canada's best music artist development programs, the JUNO Masterclass and CMI's Artist Entrepreneur Program.
